Thank you for choosing Test-Lab.ai. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle refund requests for our AI-powered testing services.

All payments are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the entity that processes your payment and handles billing on our behalf. As a result, charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as "Paddle" (or "PADDLE.NET") rather than "Test-Lab.ai".

All invoices and payment receipts are issued by Paddle and can be accessed through the receipt link included in your purchase confirmation email.

2. Digital Services

Test-Lab.ai provides digital services that are consumed immediately upon use. When you purchase credits or subscribe to a plan, you gain instant access to our AI testing platform and its capabilities. Because of the nature of digital services, all purchases are considered final once the service has been delivered or credits have been made available to your account.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

4. Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While we generally do not offer refunds, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. We may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
  • A duplicate charge was processed
  • The service experienced significant downtime that prevented you from using purchased credits

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances described above, please contact us through our contact page with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are happy to work with you to resolve any billing concerns directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
